Terms of service

Terms for using ProjectRecap

Last updated March 2026. By using ProjectRecap, you agree to these terms.

The service

ProjectRecap is a software product that generates weekly delivery recaps from connected GitHub repositories. The service is provided “as-is” and “as-available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Free plan

ProjectRecap currently has a free plan with limited features. We may change, limit, or stop features, plans, or pricing at any time. If you keep using the service after a change, that means you accept it.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the repositories you connect and the data you grant access to. You must have the authority to connect those repositories on behalf of their owners. Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to interfere with how it works.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Worbee EOOD and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity that results from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

No warranty

We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit your specific needs. Recaps are generated from repository data on a best-effort basis and should not be your only source of project status.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you break these terms or if running the service becomes impractical.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
